The Urban Prairie Dance Club , located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in the St. James area close to Portage Avenue, provides a  recreational program of quality dance training aimed at children and adults desiring dance for  fun, fitness, personal development, and social interaction. The Urban Prairie Dance Club, founded in 2005, evolved from The Rae Magnusson Studio of Dance which had been a part of the recreational and competitive Winnipeg Dance Scene for over 30 years.
